We're a fun-loving bunch looking for a new roommate to join our vibrant home in Oakland. Currently, there are three of us sharing a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house, and we can't wait to welcome someone awesome into our friendly community. About Us: We're a friendly, sociable group who enjoy each other's company. Queer friendly, 420 friendly, and we have a dog (however, not looking for more pets) We're conveniently located, with a less than 10-minute walk to the BART station for easy commuting. Shopping is a breeze with a 10-minute walk to Target, Home Depot, Ikea, etc. Our house is behind another house that is actually on 40th st. so it's pretty safe and free of street noise. You'll have the convenience of in-unit laundry. Our place comes with both a back yard and front yard, perfect for outdoor relaxation and activities. Our location has easy access to public transportation and shopping. Trisha (29-she/her): I enjoy rock climbing, terrible reality tv, and hanging out with friends. I'm at home a lot during the day since I work weird shifts at a rock climbing gym. And most after work hours I'm usually out of the house hanging with friends. I'll invite friend over a couple of times a week for movie nights or general hangs! Josh (25-he/him): I work a lot and don't wear clothes at home (nudist). My hobbies include dancing and board games! James (25-he/him): I enjoy playing music, rock climbing, hiking, and volunteering. He hangs out at home most weeknights and works from home a few days a week, but is often out doing things on the weekend!
