Evaluate officer performance during training periodsTrain and evaluate all new security officersCommunicate any progress, questions, and concerns with client management and company account managersProvide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional mannerPerform security patrols of designated areas on foot or vehicleSince there's no previous experience required, cashiers and bank tellers often excel in this roleIf you meet the above requirements for our Security Officer position, please apply today.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have a California Security License.
Must-Have Prior Military ExperienceMust have DD-214 (Honorable Discharge)Must have a flexible schedule (willing to work weekends)Must have up to date identification in order to complete an I-9 formMust be able to work a standing post for 8-hour shifts or longerAbility to evaluate and train all new personnelAbility to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner, strong interpersonal skillsCustomer Service/Retail Experience a plusMust be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable State, County, and Municipal requirements for Security Officers
