Leasing Specialist
- Responsible for all leasing efforts
- Implement marketing programs of the property, including:
successful leasing of apartments, qualifying potential residents, and creation of all rental agreements - Record all traffic, rental results, & resident activity
- Provide professional service at all times, including assisting residents with service requests
- High school diploma or equivalent. College preferred
- Direct sales and marketing experience, 2 yrs related or 1yr industry experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, knowledge of business correspondence
- Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Yardi preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
