Job Profile:
Our high-energy Business Development team is looking for a talented for someone who is passionate about writing and enjoys coordinating projects to join our fast pace environment.
In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to work alongside our Corporate Writer ad assist in all the administrative functions of the proposal development lifecycle.
You will also get the chance to develop and create content for proposals and presentations.
This position reports to our Manager of Business Development and collaborates with our Marketing team, physician leaders, and other visible roles in the organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist and coordinate proposal development process for all in-progress and pending proposals, including the proposal development schedule, and response outlines.
Manage content in database libraries.
Review content to ensure complete, correct and current.
Analyze RFP's to determine whether it meets CEP's basic criteria.
Coordinate and prepare presentation meetings and reviews (invitations, resources, visitors, meals, materials, etc.
).
Create and edit graphics.
Manage proposal document production (printing, binding, CD Rom creation, shipping, etc.
).
Coordinate research for all proposals.
Our Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 1-3 years' experience with administration and coordination of complex projects, Bachelor degree in either of the following; Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or English.
Experience with administration and coordination of proposals.
Experience with editing and writing content.
Ability to effectively partner with and engage internal sales resources as well as liaise with external partners.
Strong leadership abilities.
Very strong verbal and written skills - clear, concise, and complete.
Excellent people skills - able to work with teams of varying sizes and technical abilities.
Thorough, detail oriented, and highly organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.
Excellent multi-tasking abilities - able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast pace environment.
Strong analytical skills with solid administrative experience.
Ability to understand and verify compliance.
Skilled in proposal coordination and document production.
Above average skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe software required to produce, style, and format final proposals in a demanding time frame - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications.
