Responsibilities:
Reporting the Director, Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for Peet's home office population (corporate roles) and cultivating a pipeline of quality talent to meet the company's goals and objectives. This role builds, maintains and communicates processes, policies and tools that support quality assessment and enable productive and efficient hiring practices. The Talent Acquisition Manager sets the tone in creating a candidate experience that reflects Peet's values and ensures a seamless assimilation into the organization. This is a full time, exempt position.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine superior talent acquisition standards and expectations for Home Office talent acquisition programs and initiatives.
Manage the Home Office talent acquisition lifecycle and create effective and scalable strategies; including creating a robust talent pipeline, identifying capability and knowledge requirements, screening, scheduling interviews and the interview process, managing the candidate experience, soliciting feedback, communicating status to candidates and hiring managers, making offers, relocation, transitioning for on-boarding, and quality metrics.
Assist with managing the talent acquisition budget.
Develop relationships at all levels of the business. Meet regularly with hiring managers to understand business needs to develop and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies.
Assist with building an employment brand to relay Peet's unique culture as an employer of choice.
Develop and deploy appropriate strategies and tools to capture staffing and quality metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives and solutions and make data-driven recommendations and decisions.
Identify and cultivate strong partnerships with appropriate external 3rd party partners. Drive outreach events such as attending networking events, career fairs, and university partnerships, etc.
Manage Applicant Tracking System (Taleo).
Manage recruiting agencies and monitor their performance.
Manage recruiting vendor contracts.

Qualifications:
5-8 years high-volume recruiting experience.
Demonstrated experience creating and streamlining scalable recruiting programs.
Ability to own and drive projects from planning to execution.
Must be able to work with a high sense of urgency coupled with the ability to remain flexible and creative within a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments and deadlines.
BA/BS degree in a business, scientific, or related field desired.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
