We are looking for a Product Operations Analyst / Product Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity at our client site in Emeryville, CA!

This individual will be capable of working with Product, Engineering, QA and Management teams to shape product strategy and develop a product roadmap that represents the voice of the customer. We are looking for a professional with experience with consumer websites and web analytics. Experience with consumer facing healthcare websites highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
Work with Product, Engineering, QA and Management teams to shape a product strategy and develop a product roadmap that represents the voice of the customer
Work with data and data analytics to determine a roadmap for product upgrades and fixes based on revenue and other metrics
Applying knowledge and understanding of the product and the process in assisting with developing process materials for new features
Able to learn product well and summarize product features/user experiences/ important information to non-technical stakeholders
Ensures solutions meet customer needs
Developing and updating of the knowledgebase
Daily representation of the customer in the scrum team to clarify questions on backlog items, and balance with functional needs of product team

Experienced with Agile Web product development processes

Experience &
Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree in Technology or Business preferred, MBA a plus; past work history considered
3-5 years of information technology experience ideal, less considered
2
years of Business Analysis/Product Management/Program Management/Product Marketing
Some experience in User Interface design and prototyping: Familiar with HTML, JavaScript a big plus
Healthcare industry experience desired
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
