As the Help Desk Technician, this individual will effectively and efficiently take charge and provide solutions, ensuring users can continue to be productive within the company. Additional function may involve process improvement projects, in collaboration with the IT team. The Helpdesk Technician will assist Leapfrog's IT department in user support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will execute printer maintenance which involve toner changes, paper jam removal, roller replacement, etc. Additionally, the incumbent will respond tech support calls on the hotline and track work orders using Track IT.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
