Dry goods and packaging material preparation and execute inventory organization duties.
Mix and batch raw materials to make ice cream within a production team.
Hygienic CIP cleaning before and after ice cream production runs.
Maintain detailed records and reports.
Package and handle finished ice cream sometimes in sub-zero freezers.
Perform inventory counts and shipping and receiving duties.
Contribute to team-based improvement projects and perform light industrial maintenance.
Perform cleaning duties.
Perform all production duties as determined by the Production Manager.
