The Nurse Manager of Endoscopy and GI Lab Department will direct the day-to-day activities and operations of the department providing the continuity of care on a 24 hour basis.
The Nurse Manager of GI Lab and Endoscopy Services will have decision-making power over all aspects of the department, including scheduling, payroll, patient care, staffing, and budgeting.
Reporting to the Administrative Director of Perioperative Services, the Nurse Manager of GI Lab and Endoscopy Services will oversee the clinical and clerical staffing levels, coordinate patient care flow, and work assignments.
The Nurse Manager of Endoscopy and GI Lab Department will provide staff development, participate in continuous quality improvement and program development.
