About the Team:
Our GO Brand team's mission is to create a distinctive value driven private label program to WOW our existing customers with everyday available value, unique offerings and seasonal solutions to further enhance our in-store treasure hunt experience.
We strategically identify white space opportunities for GO Brands to add value, analyzing data, partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, to make key strategic decisions for the GO Brands portfolio.

We work closely with our Independent Operators as well as our Purchasing and Planning teams to complement our existing opportunistic buying strategy while enhancing our existing ongoing assortment.
About the Role:
Reports to the Vice President of GO Brands and is a new role to Grocery Outlet.
This specific role will have primary responsibility of coordinating the sales and marketing activities of our GO Brands portfolio to our Independent Operator community.
This dynamic individual is responsible for developing a standardized communication process to educate our Independent Operators on the GO Brands product portfolio and at the same time finding productivity efficiencies based on continuous feedback.
This role is a unique opportunity to join a new team chartered with developing the foundation and future of private label at Grocery Outlet.
Responsibilities Include:
Generate sales and marketing content for planned digital marketing events, including Ads, seasonal events, promotional activities, industry activation and ad hoc Independent Operator needs.
Support category assessment analysis, including competitive research both in-store and on-line, internal data analysis, syndicated data audits and personnel interviews.
Assess current product marketing activities throughout the Independent Operator network, identifying best practices and sharing solutions for GO Brands items in an easy to understand and execute format.
Conduct industry research and competitive assessments on competing retailer product lines, identifying key selling points that drive the most value for the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and requirements, designing, developing and implementing capabilities related to improve the ordering of GO Brands products.
Function as a liaison between the GO Brands team and the Operations team, constantly looking for continuous improvement opportunities, acting as a problem-solver for the business.
Develop business recommendations and present them to business leaders for decision-making, including the Purchasing Leadership Team and our Independent Operators network.
Monitor GO Brands category and item performance across the network, assessing store performances, recommending changes to the GO Brands Product team based on Independent Operator feedback.
Perform ad hoc category or business analysis and support for stakeholders across the company, becoming a key thought partner with the business.
About The Pay:
Base Salary:
$66,560 Annually 401(k) Profit Sharing Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Food Science, Economics or Supply Chain.
MBA preferred.
Experience managing and leading projects and training in both a remote and in-person environment.
Action-oriented, self-starter with courage to lead change, and implement operational improvements.
Strong analytical capabilities--takes data driven approach to problems with an ability to quickly model financial impacts and identify opportunities.
Collaborative worker--quickly builds trusted relationships with internal business partners both at the corporate level and in the field with our independent operators.
Possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently and keep a high level of focus.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, especially in front of peers and executive audiences.
Strong PowerPoint skills required.
Experience working within a mainframe ERP system a plus as well as multiple data sources.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
