About the Role:
As part of the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team, this person will be a key contributor to financial reporting packages for the CFO and Senior Management.
In addition, they will be involved with supporting the Real Estate team and Business Technology team with financial analysis and the forecast/close process.
This person reports to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
Help prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analysis on total company performance for the CFO and Senior Management.
Perform close reporting/analysis to explain to senior leadership the drivers of department variances to forecast and budget for our Business Technology Team, Real Estate Team, Store maintenance and facilities group, Eastern operations and other areas as needed.
Partner closely with the Store Development team and Real Estate deal makers on new store pipeline reporting, lease renewal analysis, IRR reporting and analysis, and maintaining the ProForma model for analyzing new store economics.
Assist with preparation of materials supporting the Quarterly earnings calls and Board of Directors meetings.
Prepare and present analysis, forecasts, reports, and recommendations to senior business and finance leaders to support critical decision-making opportunities.
Drive improvement in execution around the analysis of KPI's and financials including new store proforma modeling, regional performance and capital planning.
Approve and monitor new and existing store capital expenditures.
Generate/build ad-hoc reports and analysis.
About the Pay:
Base Salary Range:
$95,000 - $105,000 Annually Annual Bonus Program Equity 401(k) Profit Sharing Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.
About You:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid financial acumen including accounting knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Advanced Excel modeling skills required.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with partners at all levels of the organization.
Strong drive for data integrity and continuously finding ways to work more efficiently.
Ability to work independently and balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Ability to help facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communications.
3-5 years of financial analysis experience or related equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
