About the Role:
As the Vice President of Human Resources you will lead the HR Business Partner, HR Operations and Office Services teams to support a growing organization.
You will establish foundational processes, provide clear communication, and foster effective teams focused on strategic planning for talent, systems, tools, data and processes for a forming HR organization.
You have experience with streamlining processes, and HCM system implementations.
You will use data and analytics to drive decision making for a scaling business.
You have extensive HR leadership experience including building programs and teams from the ground up.
You will drive innovation in processes and systems while helping to nurture our family-oriented, highly collaborative, fun culture.
You are a strategic thinker with a strong executive presence who is interested in growing to a CHRO role.
You will work cross functionally with various levels of employees and leadership.
The Vice President of Human Resources will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Responsibilities Include:
Leadership Support:
Help build and execute the strategic plan to support significant growth across the United States over the next several years.
Active member of the HR Leadership team helping to drive execution of team vision and goals aligned with company's strategic priorities Partner with the Sr.
Director of OE to determine best programs and offerings to support business model and company growth trajectory Operations Support:
Prepare for and lead the upgrade of the current human capital management system by 2025 (currently UKG) Oversee HR budget management Ensure execution of all required compliance training Develop best tools and processes to establish HR Metrics using data and analytics Build a more productive and efficient operations and business partner team through streamlining processes and improving/increasing the use of systems and tools Oversee and drive compliance of HR policies and procedures.
Design and implement a successful project management architecture for the HR organization In partnership with the Director of HR Operations, oversee Office Services team to support employee engagement in Emeryville corporate office.
Business Partner Support:
Lead team of Directors and Business Partners that work directly with business leaders and employees populations for corporate, supply chain and company owned stores Provide business partner support for the Sr Executive team members including employee relations and performance counseling Miscellaneous:
Help coordinate and co-lead Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Council efforts Partner with Legal to ensure specialized or sensitive issues are resolved in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Base Salary Range:
$200,000 - $240,000 Annually Annual Bonus Program Equity 401(k) Profit Sharing Medical, Dental, Vision & More! Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.
About You:

years of experience in various areas of human resources Bachelor's Degree in business, HR or related field, Masters degree preferred Thrive in a fast-paced start-up like environment with constantly changing priorities Experience establishing building HR teams and processes from the ground up Experience building and leading highly effective teams Demonstrated proficiency in working cross functionally Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state laws that effect HR policies and procedures, including EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and other regulatory and compliance laws Demonstrated ability to forge strong, trusting relationships with leaders, direct reports, and across the Human Resource team.
Retail experience preferred Results oriented with the ability to influence and deal with ambiguity Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with employees at all levels Project management experience a plus! M&A experience is a plus! Recommended Skills Architecture Communication Compliance Training Data Analysis Decision Making Employee Engagement Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
