Duties:
Trade Analyst 1(Remote) Duration:
5 months
Pay rate :
$35/hr to $40.
81/hr on w2 (All inclusive) Position Objectives & Primary Responsibilities Monitor contract trade events in Trade Management tool and review exceptions with Account Managers Provide audit support for deal entry via Contract support and promotional adjustments.
Act as the primary point of contact for the Sales team as it relates to planning and updating trade events.
Review exception report and research and resolve variances between event promotions and contract.
Trade Efficiency Reporting:
Identify trade spend anomalies (monthly, quarterly) and provide reports to Sales Finance Assist A/R team in providing support for unauthorized deductions, post audits, and clarifying trade deals.
Annual Audit:
Act as main point of contact for all required schedules related to promotions.
Skills:
Position-Specific Skills Required Broad knowledge of A/R function including trade spend, deductions, broker payment, and contracts.
Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with Sales Attention to detail and accuracy of data entry.
Strong technical & report running abilities.
Ability to work with multiple Account Managers and prioritize work initiatives.
Strong Excel and Power BI skills Prior experience with Trade Promotion tool a plus Note:
